NOTES

It is a wine with a strong international character.  Its name in local dialect describes the soil where this vine is planted which is a tuff with bluish veins. The vine was studied from its origins with two grape varieties not commonly found in Piedmont: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon which have proven to produce outstanding wines on our hillsides. These are produced with a small percentage of Barbera grape that adds a local touch. It favours a long aging process and is well suited for consumption with tasty or smoked meat dishes and very mature, blue-veined cheese.

Serve at 18 - 20 °C. Uncork 2 hours before.
