GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Nebbiolo with Guyot training system.

AGING: 40/50 hl oak casks for approx. 30 months.


HARVEST: by hand, second ten days of October.

APPEARANCE: gentle grainy red with reflections of orange.

AROMA:  characteristic aroma, ethereal, pleasant, intense

PALATE:  dry, full-bodied, robust, austere but velvety and harmonious


This is the most noble and famous offspring of the Nebbiolo, cultivated in a limited area around the town of Alba. It has become important over the decades thanks to its refined aromas and flavours, elegance of style and body. It is a harmonious, sumptuous wine connected to Piedmont by a long culinary tradition. Over the last fifty years it has become an important ambassador of Italian fashion, placing itself with elegance on tables around the world.

Serve at 20 - 22°C. Uncork 2 hours before.
